What items are not available?

At this time vegan, eggless, dairy free and tres leches (Mexican three milk cake) options are not available. We do not offer fondant wrapped cakes and all cakes are buttercream based no exceptions. Fondant cake details are limited and we do not offer icing cookies. 

How do I store my treats?

Cake storing varies during the time of the year. During the summer time your cake should remain in the refrigerator until 1-2 hours before cutting time. During the hot summer days, do not allow your cake and/or treats to sit directly under the sun. Your cake will not survive and it will melt. On days where temperatures are cooler and you have beautiful table set up your cake should be okay sitting out.  We always recommend your cake to sit outside the refrigerator at least 1-2 hours to allow it to get to room temperature. This will allow your buttercream cake to soften for a nice silky tasteful cake. 

How do I transport my order?

Transporting your cake can be stressful especially for larger cakes. Here are a few important steps to ensure your cake can safely make it to it's destination. Always ensure your cake is being transported on a flat surface, this is very crucial especially for tiered cakes. On warmer days, it is important to ensure your A/C is on full blast to avoid your cake from melting and becoming fragile. On colder days do not have your cake sitting under direct heat. This will cause your cake to soften and become fragile eventually leading to a slider cake and potentially collapsing if its a tiered cake. .

Delivery is only available for Weddings and Quinceañeras. Delivery for these type of events set up and final touches are inclcuded. Delivery rates will vary on venue location. 

When is payment due?

In order to secure your order a 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required. This also includes a 72 hour window for the payment to be received. If you surpass the 72 hour window I cannot guarantee your order can be booked at this point it would be considered a new a inquiry and confirmation of availability will be required.  Occasionally I accept last minute orders (orders for pick up date within 4 days or less) and payment in full is required. 

How do I place an order?

Please fill out our Get in Touch inquiry box with your order request details. Please allow at least 48 hours from your initial inquiry for a response. Thursday to Sunday are baking days and generally I am not available to review and respond to inquiries.
